The Indispensable Professional: Foundations for Achieving Excellence as an Administrative Professional

Administrative professionals are expected to wear many hats, from proofreading confidential documents to organizing work spaces to handling difficult situations or people. This full-day course will focus on the skills an administrative professional needs to organize, communicate and support various and diverse work groups. Participants will walk away with tools and resources to organize themselves (and their employers), strategies for dealing with difficult situations and difficult people, tune-ups for their verbal and written communication skills and ways to be seen as a valued resource.

Participants will enhance their skills as an Administrative Professional by:
  • Giving examples of and modeling effective communication.
