To request a seat in one of the QCPDN courses when your institution is not a member, send an email indicating your interest in a particular session and your contact information to the QCPDN Registrar or fill out the Ask a Question form. Member institutions are given priority for seating, but non-members can be placed on a waiting list until the deadline for member registration passes.

Inclement Weather Procedures

If the weather threatens whether or not we are able to hold a QCPDN event, listen to the media. If the college hosting the event is closed due to the weather, then the QCPDN event will also be cancelled. Also, watch your email, as your college's QCPDN representative will be emailing you one way or the other about whether the QCPDN event is happening or not. If the event must be cancelled, it will be held during the next regularly scheduled event in the certificate series, moving all subsequent events to the next time slot. An additional date, then, will be added to the end of the schedule. You will be notified about these changes via email by your college's QCPDN representative.
